My first exposure to Yoga was during school summer vacations. It was a small town in Haryana. Bal Bhawan was recently opened and they were holding yoga camps for school children during summer vacations. It was the first of its kind camp. Mummy came to know from some of her friends and booked me and my sister for the camp. It was a one-week camp, one hour every day for five days. I do not remember much about it.
When Baba Ramdev started his sessions on TV, I got hooked on yoga. I was never a fan of gym or aerobics or any kind of heavy exercise. It has been almost two decades since my being a yoga practitioner now.
